DO NOT CALL REGISTRY (DNCR)

The 'Do Not Call Registry" appearing herein below allows any person to register his telephone number and other particulars in case he does not wish to be called by Bank of India for marketing of Credit Cards. All you require is to fill in the form below in all respects and submit the same to us. Your privacy will be protected and Bank of India or its agents will not call you for the purpose of marketing its Credit Cards. Your registration will be effective after 30 days of registering your name in "Do Not Call Registry".

Please note that in case you wish to cancel the registration you can do so by requesting us by e-mail on cpdboi@bom2.vsnl.net.in and the cancellation will be effective with in 30 days of receiving your communication.

In case you receive any calls in relation to marketing of Credit cards please e-mail us stating the identity of the person called, time of call and the telephone number etc on cpdboi@bom2.vsnl.net.in so that appropriate action can be taken by us in the matter.

Please however note that registering in the "Do Not Call Registry" of the Bank does not preclude you from getting promotional literature or other materials regarding the Bank's various products other than Credit Cards by mail. Please also note that by registering in the "Do not call registry" will not be applicable to the following and you will continue to be called:

1. Recovery of outstanding in your Bank of India Credit Cards
2. For verifying your identity in case you have applied for a Bank of India Credit Card
