Step 1
|
Visit Tax Information Site (TIN) of Income Tax Department at NSDL. ( http://www.tin-nsdl.com), and click on the hyperlink ‘e-payment : pay taxes online’ |

Step 2
|
Select the hyperlink to proceed, where ‘Bank of India’ figures and select appropriate Challan number (ITNS 280, ITNS 281, ITNS 282 or ITNS 283, as applicable) for payment of Tax.

Step 3
|
Provide details like PAN/ TAN number etc., for the selected tax type, and thereafter select ‘Bank of India’ as mode of payment.
|
|
Step 5
|
Verify the details, provided and click on ‘Submit to the Bank’ button to proceed for payment.
|
|
Step 6
|
You shall be taken to the Bank’ Internet Banking site, where you select Retail or Corporate Internet Banking, depending upon the type of facility availed by you with us.
|
|
Step 7
|
Authenticate yourself by giving you Internet Banking User Id and Password, in case of Retail Internet Banking or Corporate Id, Corporate User Id and Login Password in case of Corporate Internet Banking.

|
Step 8
|
Give your tax payment details, select your debit account for making tax payment and thereafter click on the ‘Continue’ button.
|
|
Step 9
|
Verify the payment details and provide your User Id/ Corporate User Id and Transaction Password for payment of Tax.
|
|
Step 10
|
Verify the payment details and provide his User Id/ Corporate User Id and Transaction Password for payment of Tax.
|
|
Step 11
|
On successful payment, Payment Confirmation along with a Unique Payment Confirmation Number is displayed
|
|
Step 12
|
Print/ Save your Challan for your future reference, as proof of payment.
|

If you have not yet availed our Internet banking facility, please -
|

Step 1
|
Apply for StarConnect Internet Banking Services (for Core Banking Branches) with Fund Transfer Facility.
|
|
Step 2
|
Click on the respective hyperlink to download the request form and submit the same to your Branch
|
|
Step 3
|
You shall receive your User ID and Password directly by Post/ Courier.
|
|
Step 5
|
Forward your acknowledgement for receipt of password at your end.
|
|
Step 6
|
You shall be taken to the Bank’ Internet Banking site, where you select Retail or Corporate Internet Banking, depending upon the type of facility availed by you with us.

|
Follow the steps mentioned above.
